Ticket policy

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• The ticket holder's name must match a valid government ID presented at entry. Copies are permitted.
• Strictly 18+ event. Valid ID required for admission.
• Lost, altered, or damaged tickets or wristbands will be considered invalid.

Admission & conduct

Management reserves the right of admission and may refuse entry or remove any person whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or in breach of these terms without refund.

The event operates a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward staff, performers, or patrons. Such conduct may result in removal and referral to authorities.

Entry and continued presence within the event venue are subject to capacity, safety, and security considerations as determined by the organizers.

Prohibited items & activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal drugs or prohibited substances
• Firearms, weapons, or dangerous items
• Outside food or beverages, unless authorized

Any criminal activity, including theft or pick-pocketing, may result in detention by security and handover to law enforcement.

Liability

Attendance at the event is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage to personal property, or any indirect or consequential loss arising during the event.

Media & recording notice

This event will be photographed, filmed, and recorded.

By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in photography, video, and audio recordings for promotional, editorial, marketing, and archival purposes by The Stageyard and Nocturne, including use on:

• Social media platforms
• Websites
• Public prints and publications
• Promotional materials and campaigns
• Media features relating to The Stageyard and Nocturne events

All recorded content remains the property of The Stageyard and Nocturne and may be used without compensation.

Data protection

Images, audio, or video recordings may constitute personal data under the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya) and may be processed for event documentation, promotion, safety, and security.

Event changes

The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or terminate the event or any part of it due to safety, weather, security concerns, or circumstances beyond their control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
